Over the years I have seen an incredible number of different real estate marketing tools come and go from our industry and I?ve noticed that a large majority of the tools that end up being embraced via the main stream of real estate agents tend to come from the Larger Building Companies and/or Project Marketing Companies initially.

These companies traditionally have bigger marketing budgets which enables them to look into newer ground-breaking marketing concepts whilst they are in their infancy and are normally too expensive for the average agent to implement/investigate.

For instance, the first virtual tour and real estate video that I ever saw was done via a project marketing company back in the last century.

Today we see Floor Plans, Professional Photography, Individual Property Websites, Photo Signboards, Quality Brochures, etc all as part of the main stream real estate marketing tool kit and?
